DO THU HA V. DIRECTOR OF IMMIGRATION

The applicant, a 51-year-old Vietnamese national who entered Hong Kong illegally in 2017, sought leave to apply for judicial review of the Director of Immigration's refusal of her subsequent non-refoulement claim. Her previous claim based on fear of harm from a property vendor over a scam land transaction had been rejected by both the Director and the Torture Claims Appeal Board. Leave to apply for judicial review was refused.
