AHMED MD NABEL V. TORTURE CLAIMS APPEAL BOARD / NON-REFOULEMENT CLAIMS PETITION OFFICE

The applicant, a Bangladeshi national, applied for leave to seek judicial review of the Torture Claims Appeal Board's decision dismissing his appeal against the Director of Immigration's rejection of his non-refoulement claim.
