SECRETARY FOR JUSTICE V. WOO TAK YAN

The Secretary for Justice appealed against a Master's charging order over Woo Tak Yan's property interest for a judgment debt of HK$51,566.84. The court upheld the charging order, finding the judgment debtor had sufficient interest in the property despite it being jointly owned, and dismissed his argument that a charging order was disproportionate to the small debt amount.
