Chan Nok Him Franco was found guilty after trial of dealing with property known or believed to represent proceeds of an indictable offence through his Mox Bank account, which received HK$337,365 from 48 different originators and paid out HK$344,350 over a concentrated period. The court found the pattern of round-figure transactions and multiple counterparties established that the defendant knowingly dealt with criminal proceeds.
