HKSAR V. LEUNG CHUNG HANG SIXTUS (梁頌恆)

Leung Chung Hang Sixtus appealed against his conviction for disorderly behaviour in a public place arising from events at a Legislative Council oath-taking ceremony. The Court of Final Appeal considered the proper test under section 18 of the Public Order Ordinance — specifically which alternative in Kulemesin applies to the 'likely to cause fear' limb. The appeal was dismissed.
